Butt dial calls to 800# from outside US & Canada

Is there a way to block callers from countries besides the US and Canada? We are getting a fair amount of "butt dials" from the Middle East and Africa; we do not know how they are accessing a US 800# but they are. It would be very nice to enter the country codes for these overseas callers and deny them access as well as save the accidental callers the expense of calling the US.
