Iphone will just NOT make an outgoing call from the RC app... When trying to return a customer call from the RC app, the RC app TRYS to make the connection through the iphone phone app... but will only actually connect properly about 1 out of 10 tries. The worse part is that the seems to actually connect somewhat, but just leaves both us and our customer connected in silence. Forcing us to try many times to actually get a connection that can be heard. Makes us look very bad to our customer. This is NOT a cell service connection issue, as we get a connection just fine when we call them back directly from the iphone's phone app. Only issue with when the RC app tries to make the connection... This issue has only has only been notices since around 1/14/14. This is crippling the functionality of the RC app. Please FIX!! Please advise here.
