Why am I receiving errors in receiving faxes and not receiving faxes at all? During the last two weeks several of my clients have had trouble faxing me. In one instance, the call showed up in the caller id portion, and her fax indicated success. I did not receive her fax. This morning and this afternoon I received a call from a different client saying that my fax machine said it was busy. She previously faxed me documents from the same number successfully a few days ago. I can see in the call log where she is attempting to fax me. I also see several other calls this week with an error message attached. I have no idea what client was trying to fax documents to me. Tonight I faxed to my ring central number from my home fax. I have tried several times and it just keeps ringing. Typically I successfully fax using my home line a few times a week when I want a pdf document. What is going on with ring central? Many clients have urgent documents to submit to me, and now I cannot receive them.
