Have the RC fax program and everything was fine, but recently the softphone stopped opening up and printing faxes, and when I click on messages get "error 0 can't access local messages". Still get faxes to my email and cell phone, but not the softphone on my laptop. I uninstalled it and re-downloaded and installed, and same thing. Win7 64 bit. Any suggestions?
