Fax attachments automatically shrink or re-size to small

Every time I attach a document to a fax it automatically shrinks it down where you can't read it. I tried pdf's/word documents and it shrunk them both. I don't see any options in any of the menu tabs to change this. The program worked fine before not sure what changed.
