I tried using the ticket system with NO! success. Didn't receive any useful information from support on this. I have a Customer Service rep who has been using a Ring central branded Polycom phone. I say Polycom because that's the logo that shows up when it boots. The problem is her call lists do not populate with numbers outside our organization. Only extensions from other phones will show in her call lists. She uses a Soundpoint 550 all of our other RC soundpoint 330's work just fine. Can anyone suggest why all of a sudden her call lists won't populate. I've power cycled the phone several times just to make sure it wasn't something easy. Any help here is very appreciated, she needs theses lists ASAP!
