Can a group forward a call to another group? Can a call be forwarded to an extension?Thanks!

Based on the limit, there can only 10 member for simultaneous ring in a group. I need to ring more that 10 members at the same time. Is there a way to increase the limit? If not, can assigned a number of groups under a group as a work around? For forwarding, it seems that your system is not allowing call forwarding to an extension.
