Provisioning mistake? Hi. I have two non-RingCentral sources IP335's. I went through the steps to setup and provision the first and it works fine. I did the same for the second and it shows as "offline" and if I take the handset off the hook it comes up with "Enter URL" and the top and "SIP:" to the left of the cursor below. Having gone through the steps, there is no longer a setup and provision option to do it over to see if I missed anything. Any thoughts? Thank you, I appreciate the help.
