We would like to have the option of NOT having an operator at all. Can this be done?

People in our office and in and out all the time, we have no operator here, nor anyone who wants to pick up the phone fort lazy people who do not want to wade through the company tree. Just an option to set Operator extension to "0" or whatever would indicate "non existent" would be fine.

what happens to faxes and SMS messages delivered to an "announcement only" operator extension with no mailbox?? I tried doing this and incoming SMS were lost in a black hole
