Transfer calls -- Two computers, different results
On my desktop computer I can transfer phones successfully to a different number, absolutely no problem. On my laptop with same login, using the same method on the Call Forwarding and Handling page, with all the phone numbers the same, the calls will not transfer. Any ideas? Would it have anything to do with two instances of Ringcentral Call Handling page being open at the same time? It's frustrating because I need my laptop for vacation and will have to transfer calls off and on.
