Turning off automatic ringing for Presence calls

I've got presence enabled on our five office phones. When the main line rings we can all pickup the phone. We can all pickup calls on hold. It works great - EXCEPT when one line puts a call on hold all the other lines begin to ring. It's VERY annoying! How do I get this to stop?
