Calls from iPhone using RingCentral App doesn't call anything but my own RC number

When I receive a message or want to make a call from my SmartPhone (iPhone), the app calls my RingCentral phone number and not the party who called or listed in my directory. I'm using vers 3.9.0 on iPhone 5 (OS Vers 7.0.6). Think this is the last version update. Ugh!!!

I have the same problem. I have spent 3 hours looking for a fix and it looks like I will need to wait until Monday and call tech support.
