I use a 99 prefix identifier on the Caller ID of the forwarding number for all outside calls that are sent to all of our phones. Is there a way to customize this for each department? We have 4 different departments within the company that every call gets sent to all of us (small company), and it would be helpful to know instantly whether it was a 'Sales Call', 'Maintenance Call', etc...before answering the call. The 99 Prefix that we use tells us that it's a company call, it would be great if it could tell us what department as well (IE - 99 = Sales, 98 = Maintenance, etc...etc...) Thanks for any help! Michael
