Advanced Routing Question. I own a small business, when people dial my extension, I want it to go to my personal assistant first and then to me if she's not there. This wasn't too hard, however the problem I ran into is when she tried to transfer someone to me, it rang her own phone first per the rule instead of coming straight back to my phone. Anyone have any ideas on how to solve this problem?
