Hello, We are a medical office that uses an EMR company to catalog and sort all of the faxes regarding patients that we receive. Previous to RC, we just forwarded the fax line to the EMR's dedicated fax number for us. Easy peasy. Since switching to RC, there is no fax forwarding, and trying to forward to the ###@rcfax.com from within the RC web interface doesn't work. So, we are forwarding all faxes to our gmail account, and I've tried to setup forwarding filters so that all faxes from us get re-forwarded to the EMR fax number @rcfax.com. Here's the issue: The filter appears to be working, but nothing shows up as being sent from RC nor at the EMR. Manually forwarded faxes go through fine, just not those sent with the filter. I've been chatting with gmail support for days, and they assure me that the filter is setup correctly and that the messages are being forwarded. The same issue occurs when setting the filter rules in Mozilla Thunderbird (used to manage the gmail account through IMAP). Manually forwarded is good, rule forwarding is denied. Any thoughts or similar issues trying to send email to fax messages using email client forwarding rules?
