Faxes have been received with notice saying 1 or more pages have errors. In some cases only a tiny portion the the page came through and all the rest is cut off. This was happening occasionally before, but this week it has happened to most of the faxes coming from 3 separate sources. These senders have successfully sent faxes to all other numbers except for mine. What can be the issue?
No I didn't. They said they couldn't help me because I didn't have 3 examples of the problem. They needed samples from 3 different fax numbers and I only had 2 people with problems, and only one that was currently happening. They suggested I ask the faxing party to make sure they had a low baud or speed rate, which I did. It didn't help. Ring Central was convinced the difficulty was not at our end. I'm not so sure as I've run into this over the years from several different fax numbers, but the people just keep trying or give up and mail. I hadn't complained before but it was getting very annoying. Good luck!
