Current web browser not supported? Computer at risk?

When logging in Ring Central says I need to use the latest supported web browser or proceed at my own risk. When I tried to update my Internet Explorer it states I have the latest version. Why does Ring Central not recognize the updated Explorer? Is my computer at risk?

Yes, this is just a compatibility warning - the service web should work fine on IE 11. You can ignore the message. If you do have issues, just run IE in compatibility mode.
