We're all using Polycom ip335 phones in 5 offices throughout central Florida, and prior to the software updates, had no issues...we now have (with the same networking equipment, port triggering, ISP, etc.) issues where sometimes you'll not receive phone calls on 50% of the phones in each office, or you'll answer a call, and it will not complete the connection, forcing you to reject the call and wait for a call back, etc. Please let me know if you have any suggestions!
