My RC account came with three numbers (main, fax and direct),, Im the only user. I have the iPhone app. I need to do this: -Different greetings for main line and direct line -Ability to Dial Out from the iPhone app picking any of the two numbers. -Incoming Caller ID with different prefix (one prefix for main line and another for direct line) This is what Ive tried: 1) Left everything by default, both line ring on my cellphone (forwarded) , greeting is different but the prefix is the same for both (since is only one extension) 2) Assigned direct line to another extension (also forwarded to my cellphone) but I cannot pick that line on my iPhone app to dial out (since you are logged in with one set of credentials that are linked to only one extension) Does anybody knows how to do this?
