question

Hello, I been trying to integrate the Faxout API without success. I keep getting error 1 which means there are issues with the authorization. I can log in perfectly in the web, but it doesn't seem to work in the application. I read in a previous question here that adding a 1 to my number would fix it, but I still get the same results. I recently changed the password on the account and I don't know if that might be the issue. I hope someone can help. I'm using Excel and VBA to integrate the API. Thanks,
