A few of our sales staff when they place a call on hold they come back to it and the call would be gone. the calls on hold are regular customers so I know there not hanging up, it is also intermittent some days are better than others but it happens to everyone in our system now and again. We have 20 Phones, we use a Cisco Merkai Appliance and 2 unmanaged switches, all the proper ports are forwarded, we have business class broadband service, and when you run RC system check we can have approx 141 simultaneous calls, I have been on the phone with tech support multiple times and they do the same thing change the ports on the phone and reset them. I am at a loss other than re running all new Ethernet and running the phones on there own switch. Thanks Kris IT support
