[I am based in the UK.] Before this new interface was implemented in February / March 2014 you could dial into your account to check messages etc, dial option '3', enter a telephone number you wished to call and you were connected. A very useful feature indeed and one of the reasons why I signed up to Ring Central. This has now been discontinued. Why? Presumably because it was costing Ring Central too much. Very disappointing. So logically if you remove a service from your customer you should compensate them, right? We'll see... I'm currently awaiting a call back from a supervisor. I am aware you can use an app on your smartphone or use the online interface to ring out but this is not useful for someone with poor mobile phone reception who does not wish to use the computer to make calls.
