My phones for the office quit working. We cannot dial out, we cannot dial in. Seriously? and the wait time for help keeps going up - I've been on hold for 9 minutes, and the time went from 15 minutes to 20 minutes. Our business runs on phones - what options are there for help in a situation like this? I've rebooted our router and server. I've rebooted the individual phones. My system shows that it is on line and has "no reported problems" Great. Just writing this my wait time just went up two more minutes.
