How do you simply set up to take voicemails for extensions rather than transferring caller to another phone?

When someone calls in to my main number, they are given option to choose one of two extensions. When choosing, they then hear a message...I would like them then to leave a voicemail, but there is no "beep" or caller message recorded. How do I set this up?

Eric - make sure both of your existing extensions have voicemail turned on. It is on by default, but it's possible that it got switched off. Go to Settings > Phone System > Users then click on each user/extension in turn. Click Messages & Notifications and make sure "Take Messages" is set to On.
