question

I recently bought a Cisco SPA525G2 phone from Amazon and provisioned it with RingCentral. I noticed that in the menu options when I try to change the wallpaper image, the changes do not take affect, instead showing the "RingCentral" logo and the blue bubble background. I had no problem changing the wallpaper until I provisioned the phone to RingCentral.
