Amazing that the system status shows as green but I CANNOT MAKE PHONE CALLS and when I call support they tell me they are aware of the problem and will "log my call". I guess making phone calls isn't very critical to my business. I have to problems to report: 1) We cannot make phone calls! 2) Customer care never comes across of having any urgency or care when there are significant issues affecting a customers business. It is always "sorry, we will log your call". Never, we have escalated this and understand how critical the problem is or anything like that."
