No connection for outbound calls

I am a US based business customer and my team does not have the ability to dial outbound. The phone continuously rings. Please help?!

This sounds like a service interruption. If you've added a phone to your extension's Forwarding Numbers list, that phone should ring when your extension is dialed. There can be the occasional hiccup with cell phones, but overall it should be fine.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Outbound call issues, it rings but never connects to the person your trying to call. Can not make out bound calls, it rings but never actually connects to the other end.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Our phones are sounding as if they are dialing numbers but the phone at the other end is not actually ringing. HELP!!. All users are able to dial out (we have dial tone and sounds as if we are dialing and it is ringing) but the call is not actually connecting to the other phone. Any phone.
