Hi, previously I was able to rename the "Labels" in forwarding numbers in Softphone. The labels on my Softphone are a mess now, as you can see in the attached image. I have removed the newer version of softphone and installed older version on the advice of customer service adviser at ring central, but the problem is still there. I have tried every possible setting in the Software as well in the website but unfortunately what I am left with is these "Labels". I can change the numbers though. I am not sure, but I think last time I did it, it was through the online account, I may be wrong though. Can anyone help me here? Thank you.
