We are having periodic and sporatic issues with our Polycom RingCentral phones not being able to dial out to cell phones. When dialing a number of someone we know owns a Cell phone, on the RC side, we hear the phone ringing, but the Cell phone being called does not ring. Different providers, different cell phones, and at different times. One time, a specific Cell phone number will ring, while another on the same cell provider does not. Sometimes rebooting the Polycom fixes this, sometimes it doesn't. When this issue is happening, the polycom doesn't seem to have problems dialing other land line numbers. How can we better troubleshoot address this? our Sales staff is having a helluva a time trying to consistently communicate with clients with Cell phones.
