I sent a fax out, which failed after three attempts because the recipient's line was busy. Is there any way to resend the fax? If there is, I'm not seeing it. No options available on the "sent items" page, and I also tried to right-click on the fax, but nothing available. This was a 10 page .pdf fax that I had to combine from three files. If there's no way to re-send this I would have to piece it together again and try to re-send as a new fax. I didn't this time because I still have a physical fax. If there's no way to re-send a failed fax, I can see this is going to be a real waste of time. Also, there's no way I found to control things such as the number of attempts the fax will try to send out to a recipient; even a basic fax machine will do that. Is there anywhere to find these controls, or don't they exist? More times than not I find myself sending multiple page faxes. Quite frankly, if there's no way to re-send a failed fax without reconstructing it as the original, this will be a deal-breaker for me and RingCentral. I'll either find another internet fax server that can do this or go back to a physical fax.
