Within the last week I've started having problems with my RingCentral phone system. I've had RingCentral service for 4 months and this is the first issue I've had. When I make or receive a phone call, at times it is very choppy on my end, but the user on the other end reports no choppiness. Also, half the time when I dial a number on an outgoing call, it does not even ring. These issues are not acceptable for running a business. My internet signal and strength have not changed, nor has the networking. I used RingCentral for 4 months previously without issue, but now I am having some serious reservations. Any help would be appreciated.
