Potty Breaks?

We have a Polycom SoundPoint IP 650 at the reception desk. We like all calls to be picked up within 4 rings. Would really like the ability to: press a couple buttons and temporarily send all calls coming into that phone to be forwarded to another extension, --often different extensions--, based on who is around. Then she gets back, presses a couple buttons and it returns to standard call routing. Not really convenient to log in and create new routing rules each time the receptionist needs to visit the loo ;-)

Yes, setting the receptionist phone to Do Not Disturb and having other extensions answer is probably your best bet.
