Headset Issue with the Polycom Phone

I need to connect a headset to my Polycom phone and it does not have a regular aux port just a phone cord port which makes no sense at all by the way. I need to know what headset works and if I can order one or if I can get one from the store. I saw on another post that you could get one from Amazon but they are all out of stock. So how does that help? Sorry just feeling frustrated. I need to multitask and I can't when my hands are tied up in holding the phone, and the phone slips off my shoulder!!!! Please help!!!

I too am trying to determine what headset to use with my newly installed VVX310 phone.  I'm not familiar with RingCentral terminology so other than VVX310 and headset, I don't know what keywords to search on, nor do I know what headset will work.  I'm also looking for a wireless headset as I often roam between my desk and the shipping / receiving.  Help!!

We have those phones, and we ordered and use Plantronics CS361N headsets ... you will also need the Plantronics adaptor cable APP-5 part # 38438-01 - this allows the headset to answer and hang up the phone.
