Fax Issues

Has anyone had any issues with sending out faxes with email? I've got email addresses in the system as "trusted", but one is having issues sending out. I've also had issues sending out faxes to recipients with one line for telephone/fax, they say it just rings and rings. I understand this could be on their end, not mine.

Well as an update, we had to cancel our RC Fax.  We got to a point where we couldn't send out any faxes via email, not even the main email, which was mine.  We tried to fix it, troubleshoot it, but nothing worked.  I was told that some fax machines just don't work well with the system? 

I will say that RC's customer and tech support were nothing short of amazing.  I wouldn't hesitate to try it again with them later down the road.
