fax: No Answer

Trying to receive a fax from a fax machine, and every time there is NO ANSWER. I just got help via calling ringcentral, and thought the issue was resolved as I was able to receive the fax sent by customer service, which I'm guessing was sent via email? But it has not resolved the issue of my client not being able to send me a fax. And I have seen help topics stating fax machine tones, but my issue is not even picking up the call to get tones! lol Please help.

Thank you for your response. We figured out the problem. They client was trying to send from the fax machine, but they were set up to fax through their computer and didn't realize. So, the problem is resolved!
