We use a CRM application which supports click-to-dial, but it requires a TAPI driver to be installed through Control Panel -> Phones -> Modems on each workstation. With our Cisco phone system before RingCentral, we were able to install a driver to allow Click-to-Dial to work. I see something called RingOut API which sounds similar, but I don't want to attempt to develop this ourselves. Is there a TAPI modem driver available that works with the RingCentral SoftPhone?
