Turning forwarding lines off HELP PLEASE

I am trying to turn off two of the numbers that I was forwarding calls to but every time I hit save it says: Sorry, this Phone Name is already in use. Please enter a different Phone Name. Any idea how I can over ride this and turn those two phones off?

I get the same message and your reply is completely unhelpful. "Added numbers with the same name/label" -- added where?

"The system is checking for name/label uniqueness now and hence you are see in that message."  Where is the "system" checking?  What is the "name/label" that has to be unique?

"Can you please make sure you have unique name/label for the numbers you have added and try again?"  Which name/label has to be unique? Where does it get set? Try which part again?

We can read. We know that the message means some name/label is the same somewhere. We obviously do NOT know what steps to take to solve the problem (ie how do we find out which name is not unique and where do we set it to be"unique").
