If no one answers the direct line after a certain number of rings, can we set it up where the phone goes to the auto-receptionist?

We want the first encounter with a client who calls to be a live person and not the auto-receptionist. But if the live receptionist is either away from the desk or on the other line and can not answer the line, is there a setting for auto-receptionist to pick up the unanswered line from there?
