Noise added to the end of an uploaded custom greeting.

I have uploaded an uncompressed WAV file in PCM, 8kHz, 16-bit for a custom greeting, but RingCentral is adding some horrible noise to last half second of the file. When downloading the greeting locally from RingCentral, it plays fine. But both the web player and the actual greeting when calling in have the noise. What's going on?
