Inbound Caller Id does not show - only numbers

Hello, I'm using the Polycom VVX310 and I've never yet seen any inbound caller ID showing up on screen. Only numbers. And after 4 rings it rolls to my cell phone with the soft phone app. Still no inbound caller ID. Is there a setting I need to change?

That was not clear when choosing a plan.  That little "Gotcha!!" is buried on the site.  You should be more up front with your prospects & customers.   Not cool Ring Central, not cool.

I agree, I tell all my customers this before signing up.  It should not be hidden I agree

This is not cool RingCentral...talk about a hidden fee! Of course, everyone needs to know the identity of the incoming caller, not just the phone number...that's ridiculous...what, are we supposed to have everyone's phone numbers memorized?
