I've downloaded the Android App today to test that out. The calls do not go through my bluetooth headset at all. When I direct the calls through the native phone app, the headset works. I hang up the call and redial now using the RingCentral App and only have the option of using the phone earpiece or the speaker phone.
Anyone else having this issue? Any suggestions? I use my headset 99.9% of the time, and would like to use the RingCentral App for all my business calls going forward.
I greatly appreciate any insight with this. I'm sure it may be as simple as a setting somewhere that I may be missing...?
