Softphone encountered an error accessing your Local Messages.

Can someone tell me the local folder on my computer where SoftPhone stores messages?
I am using Win7 64 bit.

I can fix the access error once I know the folders used by the SoftPhone program.

I re-installed SoftPhone and that did not fix the problem.

This is not correct...where else could it be?  In fact, LocalStorage is not even a folder on the PC...at least not on the PC I'm using.

I just verified the folder again.
Please note that ProgramData is a hidden folder.
If you are not using Win7 64bit, your data could be a different location.

I made sure hidden folders were being shown...ProgramData was not even listed as an option.  This is a Windows 8, 64-bit PC.

if you have not come up with a solution, I deleted the local storage folder and now mine is working again.
