Leaving Ring Central- HOW?

I cannot get out of Ring Centrals' service! Phone 'support' doesn't exist, apparently and nowhere is there a link to getting out of this service I used ONCE and have been billed for months... I need to get out this. I have a fax machine, now.

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

I want out too. this has become a bad joke.  The time it takes to actually send the fax from the time submitted is now over 1/2  hour.  That is UNACCEPTABLE!

Ring Central works...but not the way faxing is needed.  So someone please answer the original question.  How do we quit this thing?

This is how they work, RC stalls cancellations as long as possible. They are 3x the VOIP rates of any other provider, and I am going to a telecom subcommittee hearing to tell my representatives - Federal and State and regulatory, have had enough too
