When I try to log into my account I get a message that the information is wrong even though it is correct and people calling me are getting a message that my phone number is not working, but when I try to contact support it keeps saying to log in, how does one email support about not being able to log in if it is necessary to log in to get support
Also the recording says that the number is a ring central number this is a security breach which could result in identity theft
Previously the only way I could hear my voice mail messages from ring central was from my email where messages were forwarded to, when I tried to listen to them downloading them from the ringcentral web site I got the message that the file was corrupt and now the number is not working at all
