Incoming Call Information Problem

I have setup my phone to forward to my cell phone during business hours, ring simultaneously, and have the incoming number displayed be the called number.

The idea is that the called number will show on my cell phone so that I know that its a business call, and not a random number.

The problem is that on my desk phone it displays our main number, and not the incoming caller id. However, the softphone app shows the correct incoming caller id.

Can someone please help with this?

For the desk phone extension look under call handling and Incoming Caller ID information.

This is where you make the setting changes

Right, I have done that.

I want my cellphone to ring with the "called number" setting, and my desk phone to ring with the "incoming caller id".
