Whenever I boot my computer, I get a Softphone error message - "Unable to initialize audio device" I get the same error message when I try to run Tools > Audio Setup.
On one occasion I was able to uninstall and then re-install but the problem has returned and that method is no longer working.
During install I get an (printer?) error message "Operation could not be completed" error 0x000005b3
