We are new investigators currently using the RingCentral android app on my wife's HTC Rezound. The RingCentral app ONLY rings the phone if it is running in the foreground. This makes the other features of the phone, i.e., Internet browsing and all other features unusable else it won't accept incoming calls.
Is there a way for the RingCentral Android app to be made to run in the Background? Thus far I have been unable to find a setting to do this or resolution suggestion from the Community.
It is not likely we will go with RingCentral if there is no resolution for this issue and our trial period will be over in a couple of days when we have to make a final decision.
