polycom 330 extension pickup

We have  Polycomm 330's x 2 inteh office. When one rings we would like to be able to pick it up if it's the other extension. How do we do this easily?

Nothing on any user guides etc, nothing on the forums... HELP!

Hi Derek, these Polycom phones do NOT support the call pickup feature.  You need the VVX series phones or any of the Cisco SPA phones to allow the Presence to work

You could use the call park if that works but it will not show up on the phone.

The 330 is really a basic phone
