polycom vvx500 firmware

Hi,

Is it safe to upgrade the firmware on the vvx500 ? Are there known issues of features not working? What firmware is everybody else using. We are on 4.0.2

Ring central is specific on the firmware versions that are on both the Polycom and Cisco phones.

When you provision a phone the system will install the supported version on the phone.

I would not try to put a higher level on the phone as it may not work
