In the middle of doing an attended transfer I would then like the caller to go directly to voicemail instead. Example: In coming call, I hit xfer and the extension, While announcing the call, the person does not want to take the call and would like it instead to go directly to voicemail?
I only know of 2 ways now: option 1, continue with the transfer by hitting the xfer button, then have the extension person ignore the incoming call until it goes to voicemail.
Option2: Go back to the live call, then hit Bxfer *0 and Ext number , then Dial key or #.
Is there an option 3 where we do not have to go back to the live caller to xfer to voicemail?
